This is the month of
Martin Luther King's Birthday. We want to celebrate and remember
this great activist.
At today's meet and
greet we will celebrate the life of Martin Luther King Jr.
History:
Martin Luther King
Jr. was born on January 15, 1929 in Atlanta, Georgia. Did you know
that he was famous for his speech, “I Have a Dream?' This is all
according to History.com. They further add that he was a gifted
student, attended Morehouse College at age 15, earned a Bachelor of
Divinity degree at Theological Seminary in Pennsylvania, was an
activist for the bus boycott December 1, 1955, and accomplished much
more before he was assassinated on April 4, 1968 by James Earl Ray,
and escaped convict and known racist.

I was at the infamous hotel. IT is such a powerful thing to think about.
Betty, I was in Atlanta on business several years ago and made a point to visit some MLK sites. An amazing man!
