Theresa May . . . . Donald Trump (OMG)

It is wonderful to witness history. There are those that gave predictions that Donald Trump would never become President. There were those that predicted there would never be a black President. There were those that predicted certain actors would not be President.

Yet, here we are after experiencing all of that.

Donald Trump

A few things to think about; Is waterboarding an answer?

Waterboarding?

As I watched the Prime Minister, Theresa May speak. I noted she was quite eloquent and well-versed. I like that she made it clear she did not believe in torture “water boarding.” I recall watching a movie that showed water boarding. I thought how horrible, but then I think about a point that Trump made. We are playing on an uneven field. Isis is bold enough to behead Americans and then show it online for all the world to see. “How cruel is this?” How inhumane for the families and the world to endure? Although Trump believes water boarding is an effective technique is this the only technique? Possibly there are other more effective techniques that have not been tried. Is there anyone thinking outside the box?

The Wall

Although Trump says he will build a wall and Mexico will pay, the Mexican President is steadily announcing loud and clear that they will not pay and most importantly they do not believe in walls. Could this be looked at as a bully technique by Trump? I'm just saying. He is building a wall and telling someone else that even though they do not want it they will pay for it one way or another. How does this look to you? I'm just saying.

Influence

Know that our children are looking at the entire process. This next generation does have an opinion. Middle School students are watching CNN news as part of their curriculum. They are having their own discussions. While they are not adults, they are our next generation of adults.

Obama Care. . . Trumps Replacement

There were many pros and cons with Obama Care, but think of the many that were able to have insurance under Obama Care. Will Trump's replacement insurance be affordable or will only a certain class be able to afford it? Will the insurance companies jump on board and willingly participate? That is only a few questions to ask. Are people giving Trump a chance or is there a lot of prejudging? What do you think?
