God has given us
everything that we need. We just need to open our eyes and see.

In all of my
learning and knowledge, I have to remember and acknowledge that the
main source of it all for me is God. I am so thankful that God
gives me insight. God has brought many powerful and knowledgeable
people into my life. That is a blessing.

One green solution
is to eat less animal which is one of the biggest factors you can

produce. I frequent farmers market often. I always find something
good there. I also like the fact that I can always find fresh fish at
Meijer Grocery Store, that is unless I am not eating the fish that my
husband and I have caught ourselves, since we love to Fish.
5. Discipline
I discuss the
importance of discipline. I talk about not necessarily giving up the
food you love, but instead saving them as a treat or reward after you
have been true to yourself by eating healthy. Remember to practice,
practice, practice.
