5 of My Favorite Health Tips (OMG)

God has given us everything that we need. We just need to open our eyes and see. Did you know that establishing healthy eating habits is important?

Nutritious Eating


Have you ever observed that the hospitals serve gelatin to many of the patients. Besides the fact that gelatin is nutritious and has very few calories, there may be more to it than meets the eyes.

1. Pain Reduction

Did you know that Gelatin can reduce pain in the joints? According to diynatural.com it can do just that. Furthermore they suggest that it can produce a more helpful sleep. Also, according to WebMD., gelatin contains collagen a material that makes up cartilage and bone. They further add that it may be helpful for the bone and other joint conditions.


2. God

In all of my learning and knowledge, I have to remember and acknowledge that the main source of it all for me is God. I am so thankful that God gives me insight. God has brought many powerful and knowledgeable people into my life. That is a blessing.

3. Wrinkle Preventative

Did you know that gelatin prevents wrinkles and that the collagen in gelatin is also used in expensive face creams, according to the crunchymoose.com?


4. Green Solution

One green solution is to eat less animal which is one of the biggest factors you can have on your carbon foot (food) print, according to Webmd.com, In addition, if you do not want to eat less meat you might try wild-caught fish or go to the farmers market to receive local produce. I frequent farmers market often. I always find something good there. I also like the fact that I can always find fresh fish at Meijer Grocery Store, that is unless I am not eating the fish that my husband and I have caught ourselves, since we love to Fish.

5. Discipline

I discuss the importance of discipline. I talk about not necessarily giving up the food you love, but instead saving them as a treat or reward after you have been true to yourself by eating healthy. Remember to practice, practice, practice.
