That was actually a good walking video! I noticed a lot of people with bad posture when I was walking at Disneyland the other day. I go for a walk almost everyday, but I'm guilty of meandering along. I need to be more purposeful for longer stretches, as he mentions. Using a pedometer app has helped me challenge myself.

I LOVE walking. I walk every day and it is always so refreshing. I typically walk with my mom, sister, or boyfriend and use the time to catch up on what happened at work. It's a great way to stay fit on a budget
