You basically spray
over the toilet water before sitting on the toilet. I have found it to be
very helpful for those that leave the restroom stinky, to spray after
them, especially when you have entered a stall that is stinking
before you sit down. Now sometimes the scent from others is so
strong it scents the entire restroom. It is at that time especially
important to spray as soon as you enter the rest room

I always carry a bottle when I travel or I'm out and about. I use the lemon and lavender.
