Do you know your blogging niche? What is it that you love to write about? What is your passion when writing?

If you have not identified your niche, you may have to try writing about a few different things to determine exactly what your niche is.

Let’s explore several possible niches that might interest you.

1. Faith

If you are a believer, you might want to write about your faith and personal convictions. You might have testimonies to share that will help another. You never know what others are going through and your testimony just might be the thing that helps another.

2. Travel

I have seen several travel blogs. Are you one that loves to travel? Then you might want to write about those experiences. It will be good to write about you traveling the states or the world. That type of knowledge can be very beneficial to others. You might write about traveling with family or traveling with children. What about the best places to take a vacation? People are always looking for information about good vacationing spots.

3. Food

Writing about food can cover a lot of territory. Possibly you have special restaurants or special foods that you love to cook and share. Certain places have the best food.

4. Personal Goals and Fitness

Possibly you are on a fitness journey to loosing weight. You may want to blog about that journey. Your listeners will be glad to know how it is that you do it. That would definitely be an inspiration to others that may have been struggling with weight loss. It will let others know that they are not the only ones that may have issues. You may have new details that others had not even considered for weight loss. That enlightenment alone may be of great value to others.

5. Finances

Possibly you have done well financially over the years. You might want to share how you arrived at your present status. You might want to share some of your pitfalls so others will not fall into the same. Finances may have been easy for you, but harder for others. Your sharing your knowledge might make all the difference in another’s life. Sharing the pros and cons in your financial endeavor before arriving to the stage that you are now in may help others realize that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

6. Video Games

The gamers out there love video games. If you happen to be a gamer you might want to blog about video games. You may find the best video games. You may indicate the ups and the downs of video gaming.

7. Technology

Technology is growing very fast. You may want to share your technology tips. Since technology is growing so fast keep in mind what is new today will be old tomorrow. What is the best computer to have? What are the best technology jobs? What Technology jobs pay the most? What Technology jobs are hiring?

8. Hair Blogging

Are you good with hairstyles? Possibly you could start a blog actually showing the hairstyles and the process you go through in doing them. Possibly a tutorial blog. I know I have seen many hair tutorials that helped me a lot. Just seeing how things are done makes all the difference in the world. The fact that people are willing to show you their techniques is something that I wished they had had hundred of years ago. People that are visual learners would definitely benefit from the hair tutorials. I have been truly blessed with the hair tutorials, because otherwise I would not have tried certain hairstyles. I recall one beautician that I had she always wore the best hairstyles. I even recall telling her I want my hair done just like yours. Well now with the tutorials you get a clear visual of how the hairstyles are done. I just love that.

9. DIY Projects

I also had a hairstylist that loved to renovate houses and she was very good at it. Do you love to renovate houses and building? A blog showing you actually going through the process would be so helpful to others. If this is a passion or something you love to do then you should do it. When you find your passion, you will find your niche.

10. Tech and AI

Did you know that elementor.com talks about some of the most profitable blogs as being tech trends and innovations, software reviews, AI (Artificial Intelligence) applications, VR (Virtual Reality) and AR (Augmented reality), and Web2 and Blockchain?

11. Diabetes

Do you have Diabetes? What about blogging about the highs and lows of diabetes? What about taking your readers on your diabetic journey? Diabetes is a disease that needs to be talked about because it includes your diet, emotions, possible meds, and much more. I truly admire Patti Labelle. She has written many books regarding diabetic recipes and health. She has shared that she is a diabetic. She loves to cook and is a marvelous actress and awesome singer. Besides the books she has many tutorials as well. Everyone’s story is different so why not share yours in your blog?

12. Twins

Do you have twins? What about blogging about it. Even though some twins may be identical there are some differences. I am a grandmother of fraternal twins and I often see their differences as well as the ways that they are alike. I recall at age 4 my twin granddaughter wanted to practice tying her shoes up on her twin brother. He refused and to my surprise she sucker punched him. I told her to apologize and that was unacceptable. Again to my surprise my twin grandson grabbed her and hugged her and responded, “That is okay. I love just you.” I was so proud of him at age 4 years old. Also, I believe it caught my twin granddaughter by surprise as well. I am sure if you have twin children you would have many more stories to speak of. I believe as twins get older identical twins are not traditionally dressed alike, but rather different because they have their own unique personality.

So these are just a few things that might be your niche and passion for blogging.
