You do not have to just eat bacon and eggs or pancakes and bacon. There are so many options available for you that are nutritious for you. Some people rely on smoothies in the morning. Possibly you will discover your own creation while experimenting. I have even had fish for breakfast. There are others that might like tuna-fish for breakfast.
