1. Sing, DVD’s, CD’s, or Cassettes.
Now you do not have to have a great singing voice to sing the ABC’s to your toddler. It would, however, help for you to know all the letters of the alphabet. If you prefer you can us DVD’s, CD’s, or cassettes.

2. Wooden Puzzles or Wooden Blocks.
Wooden Puzzles or blocks are an excellent way for children to learn their ABC’s The puzzles are colorful and provide eye and hand coordination.

3. Flash Cards.
This is another excellent way to teach ABC’s. Toddlers visuals and their recognition are surprisingly very good. Also, this can be a fun activity for you and your toddler.

4. Riding In The Car
Record a cassette Recorder or CD in your own voice saying the ABC’s, or better yet make a recording of your toddler saying their ABC’s. It will be very exciting for your toddler to hear his/her own voice saying their ABC’s. They could sing along with their own recording as you ride in your car. For those that have camcorders, a video of your toddler saying their ABC’s would be very educational to play back for your toddler to view.
