New Linkup Parties

When you blog do you linkup with Linky Parties? Linking up is a great way to share your blog and to meet new bloggers with new prospective and ideas.

Linky parties

***Good News***

I have found a few new linkup sites that I really like and enjoy. I would like to take a moment to share these with you. Remember as a blogger you must be constantly growing and possibly changing as well. Nothing stays the same.

A. What is a Linkup Blog Party?

A linkup party is an online party that you can post your blog articles. Generally every linkup party has their own rules which you must abide by. Posting at various blog parties can get you exposure for you blog as well as traffic. Some of the Parties will feature the blog that has the most clicks on it. When your blog is featured, you may gain even more exposure. The linky parties may be videos or just post articles.

The first linkup party that I encountered was video. I liked it, but I realized I was not a video person. So I soon discovered I prefer the parties where you just post your article. You may decide to host a linkup party or just post at one. I prefer to just join and post articles at various linky parties. The great thing about linky parties is that they are available 24/7.

Some of the parties last anywhere from 2-3 days a week to a full month. You will decide which ones are best for you. I recall the first blog site I blogged at in 2008. I eventually stopped because for some reason it was constantly getting hacked. I did not like that at all. So I am so very glad that I moved on to bigger and better. Also, I had no idea as to what I was doing, but I did know that I loved to write and that was a given.

The New Linkup Sites that I love are listed below:

1. Sweet Tea and Friends

I have been posting at Sweet Tea and Friends since September 2022. I am so glad that I found them. It has been a joy to post here. They always have an interesting topic they discuss at the beginning of the linkup. This party runs for 21 days. I really like that. So I can add posts continually for 21 days each month. They are clear and precise about listing unlimited posts of your Christian, faith, family-friendly posts. They add you can feel free to link up your crafting, DIY, recipes/cooking, gardening, and much more. They suggest that you visit your neighbor or at least two others and comment to let them know that what they wrote touched you and you appreciated their post.

2. InkLinkz345Senior Salon Pit Stop

I have been posting at this Pit Stop since November of 2022. At this Pit Stop There is a suggestion to spread the love and to remember sharing is caring. They suggest that for every post that you share, to make one comment on someone else's post. Posts here can be on any subject that is family-friendly. They also ad that posts with direct sales, shops, or affiliates must contain relevant post content. You may post here from Monday through Saturday. Also remember to share the post URL link, not your blog URL.

3. Pennies Passion

I have been posting at Pennies Passion since September 2020. There are 8 hosts that

host this linkup party. There is a suggestion that you follow at least one social media of

each host. Here there is also a suggestion of friendly-family posts. Note the party

 entries may appear in reverse.

Never rule out Group Boards at Pinterest. This is also a great way to gain exposure to

your blogs. A few of my favorite group boards are listed below:

1. Blogs Encouraging Blogs

At this Pinterest site there are over 61,000 followers. This is a great way to gain

exposure to your blog. Joining group boards on Pinterest is awesome. There is a

suggestion to keep your pins positive, hope-filled, and family-friendly. This board is no

longer adding contributors, but board pinners can add you. So just let me know if you

 want to be added.

2. Pin Worthy Posts

I like that this group board has over 7,000 followers. Again I say more exposure. Here

you will see posts on Do-It-Yourself Projects, recipes, parenting tips, life hacks, and

much more. Although this board is also closed to new contributors, you can get great

ideas and great pins from this board.

Although I do not have the desire to host a linky party, I do have a Pinterest Group

Board. In fact I have several, but the Breast Cancer Awareness Board is one of my

favorites.

3. Breast Cancer Awareness

Breast Cancer Awareness is one of my group boards and I am accepting new

contributors. Just type ADD ME in the comment area on Pinterest. There is a maximum

pins per day of 5. Also, no porn or bad language. You must follow that board on

Pinterest. I once had a contributor add seductive lingerie which was very inappropriate

on one of my boards. She had to be removed. So people need to think before

 pinning.

Over the years I have met and made new blogger friends with lasting relationships.

Many bloggers have so much to offer and I have learned from many of you. I also like

that many of the parties and Pinterest boards are from all over the country. So you are

not just limited to the United States. You are able to post and learn from others all over

the world. I believe that is so amazing. Do you you have special linkup parties that you

like? Do you have special Pinterest Boards that you like? Feel free to share them in the

comments at the end of this article. I am sure others and myself would like to hear

 about them.
