Your cells need certain things to boost your energy. You can boost your energy by controlling your stress, lightening your load, exercising, avoid smoking, restrict your sleep, eating for energy, limit your alcohol intake, and drink water. Health.harvard.edu talks about this. For those that might not like walking outside an alternative would be an exercise bike indoors.
2. Number of Cells in Your Body
Have you ever thought about exactly how many cells are in your body? Healthline.com states that a most recent estimate is that the number of cells in your body is around 30 trillion. Can you imagine? That is a lot of cells. They further add that it is not just human cells but bacterial cells as well and there are about 200 different types of cells in the body. The cells work in harmony. How awesome is that?
3. Hippocampus
According to my.clevelandclinic.org., your hippocampus is a small part of your brain with a big job to do. It is responsible for your learning, short-and long-term memory, visual-spatial memory, verbal memory and declarative memory. They further add that conditions that affect the Hippocampus is memory loss, mood changes, and seizures.
4. Your Brain’s Response to Stress
Now when the brain detects stress in the environment, the stress-response system goes into action. This is talked about at dsnlab.web.unc.edu. They further add that the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal wakes up the pituitary gland which is about the size of a small pea, but has a might job.

Most of us on the jury thought that was very interesting.

Might I add those that like dark chocolate are probably glad to hear this.
7. The Importance of Stem Cells
Do you know the important role that stem cells may have in your body? Stem cells can be taken from your body and placed in other areas of your body to regenerate new cells. According to mayoclinic.org., stem cells are able to make more cells like themselves, because they self-renew. They further add that stem cells have a variety of functions such as Hematopoietic stem cells reside in the bone marrow and can produce all the cells that function in the blood. Stem cells can also become brain cells, heart muscle cells, bone cells or other cell types.
8. Do You Hear Me Now?
How well do you hear? Have you given that any thought? Did you know that you have two types of hair cells in your cochlea: inner hair cells (you have about 3,500 per ear) and outer hair cells (You have about 12,000 per ear). Noisyplanet.nidcd.nih.gov further adds that loud sounds are not the only way hair cells can be damaged and cause hearing loss; aging and some life-saving cancer therapies and other medicines can also destroy hair cells in the ear. You can protect your ears from this by moving away from the sound, turning down the volume, and wearing hearing protectors, such as earplugs or earmuffs.
9. Hearing Cells in Your Children
Sometimes young people may not realize that loud music can affect their child’s hearing. I recall when my grandchildren were younger I went to the school to take one of my grandchildren. As one of the parents got out of her car to walk her child to the door I heard the music blasting. There are times that I will be sitting in my car at the stop light and hear a car pull up besides me with the music blasting. There have been times cars will come through the neighborhood with the music so loud that the windows shutter and vibrate. Loud noises can damage the hair cells in the inner ear and the hearing nerve. Hopkinsmedicine.org., talks about this. They further add that hearing loss from loud noises may happen right away or slowly over a period of years and may be permanent or temporary.
So it would be wise for parents to keep this in mind. Even though this should be common sense thinking, just as they have classes before birthing a baby and breastfeeding a baby, it would be awesome if this information regarding the baby’s hearing loud music could be addressed as well. Maybe that will be something for the future generation.
