God has given us
natural food; everything that we need. We just need to open our eyes
and see.
Have you ever
observed that the hospitals serve gelatin to many of the patients? Besides the fact that gelatin is nutritious and has very few
calories, there may be more to it than meets the eyes.
1. Pain Reduction
Did you know that
Gelatin can reduce pain in the joints? According to diynatural.com
it can do just that. Furthermore they suggest that it can produce a
more helpful sleep. Also, according to WebMD., gelatin contains
collagen a material that makes up cartilage and bone. They further
add that it may be helpful for the bone and other joint conditions.
2. Sesame Oil
A relative of mine
opened my eyes to the benefits of Sesame Oil. She explained that she
basically just swished some of the oil in her mouth about 2-20 minutes,
spits it out, then brushes her teeth. She explained how it was is
100% organic and is good for the gums and the teeth. Also 20 minutes will pass by fast when you are getting dressed.
I decided to do some research on this before attempting to try this. I discovered that using Sesame Oil known as (swishing) for teeth and gum care evolved in India at least 3,000 years ago according to earthclinic.com. They further added that swishing with sesame oil eliminate bacteria, whitens the teeth, and much more. Now this is not to take the place of regular dental checkups, but is a natural way to keep gums healthy and teeth whiter. It is also very inexpensive.

3. Herbal Iron
Extract
This liquid iron
extract is known by the name of Floradix. It is rich in iron and
B-vitamins, easily absorbed, non-constipating, contains several herbs
such as spinach leaves, fenel and much more.
The great thing about this iron supplement is that it is in a
liquid form which can be helpful for those that are unable to
tolerate the iron in a pill form. There have been those that
complain about stomach upset with the iron pills. This liquid can
be taken on an empty stomach before eating also. I also have a friend that just loves Floradix.
Note:
In this article I
discuss that beside the fact this vegetable is high in vitamin C, it
is very tasty to the palate.
4. Forskolin. . .
For Weight Loss
According to
healthline.com Forskolin natural supplement can promote fat loss
while preserving muscle mass. While this herbal medicine has been
used for centuries in other cultures, there are those that are now
using it with great success. This was also mentioned to me by a
friend who takes the herbal medicine.
5. Charcoal. . .
.for gums and teeth
This activated charcoal is not absorbed by the body toxins but it does attach to the
toxins directly removing them from your system according to
Holistic-Healing information.com. Again this is not to replace your
regular dental checkups. This also was praised highly by another relative of mine.
6. Vinegar. . .
many uses
Did you know that
vinegar has many uses? I love to use vinegar for basting and
seasoning many of my meats such has baked ham, steak, and roast beef.
It really helps to may the meat tender as well. While some people
put hot sauce on their chitterlins, I put vinegar on them. While they may look different they tasted delicious. Now
that is definitely a taste for the palate.
7. Copper Bracelet
Did you know that
according to healthline.com there is a claim that tiny amounts of copper rub off the bracelet onto the skin that absorbs into the body
and helps regrow joint cartilage that has been lost because of
arthritis. I do have friends that claim the bracelets has helped
ease their pain. They also claim the bracelets are inexpensive.
