Blog
parties are a great source of traffic and also a great way to meet
new people from other cultures and around the world. This is a great
way to find out what others are creating and doing. You may join as
many blog parties that you feel you can handle, because the great
thing about them is if you miss one, you can always attend a new one
the following week.
Hosting:
Have
you ever considered hosting your own linky party? That is something
you might want to consider. Also many of the other linky parties are
always welcoming others to host their blog parties or even to just
guest host a blog party.
A
few benefits of a blog party are as follows:
A.
More traffic to your blog
B.
No limit to the number of parities you may join
C.
Meet new people and much more
When
I first heard of blogging parties I stumbled upon a video blog party.
I did not realize at the time blog parties were not all video blog
parties. There are a variety of different blog parties such as
crafts, how to's, fashion, genealogy, religion, food, and much more.
1. Bloggers Pit Stop
Bloggers
Pit Stop starts every Thursday and Closes on Monday. They will even
send you a reminder if needed. It is a very encouraging and
motivational blog party. You must adhere to their rules of making 2
comments for every 1 post that you post. There is a different theme
each week. Also, the posts that have the most clicks gets featured
on their page. I always find something interesting at Bloggers Pit
Stop. That name is very catching also. The hosts Kathleen, Julie,
Menaka, Roseann, and
Connie. They
all add their different flavor to this blog party.
2. Friday at the Firestation-Jen a Fireman's Wife
Here
you may post old or new posts that are friendly or God-fearing.
Topics here may range from homemaking, homeschooling, DIY Projects,
being a wife, and much more. This is a very organized linky party
that starts on Friday and runs a couple of days. Note: some blog
parties may run 2 days while others may run 5 or 7 days. Then there
are a few that are permanently open.
I
first learned about linky blog parties when I saw the utube video
below:
this
video was very encouraging for me.

3. Sunday's Best linkup party
Rhonda,
Kimberly, and Brittany are the hosts for this party. Each of these
ladies have their own individual blogs and come to gather
collaboratively for this Sunday’s Best Blog. How wonderful. Here
you may post about food, crafts, holidays, new ideas and much more.
All
3 blog parties are Family friendly and it is a joy to blog at their
parties. I see new parties created daily. So be sure to take
advantage of the blog parties. They are their to help you. It is
a win/win situation for all bloggers. What blogging parties are
your favorites?
